Account Manager, United Kingdom– With a Strong Curiosity and Interest in the Field of Fertility

We are now seeking a proactive and forward-thinking sales professional to join us as an Account Manager. If you are genuinely interested in the field of fertility and excited by new opportunities, we would love to hear from you.

Your Main Tasks and Challenges

As our Account Manager in the United Kingdom, you will be primarily responsible for building connections and relationships with new fertility clinics and maintaining and developing relationships going forward. Born sees significant untapped potential in the market.

You will be responsible for developing one of the largest markets in Europe in close collaboration with our International Business Development Director. Your tasks will vary widely, from strategic planning and sales strategies to setting goals, advising, and direct sales. This will involve building and growing strong relationships through visits to fertility clinics and participation in conferences. As the clinics are spread across the United Kingdom, the role will require approximately 120 travel days per year and regular contact with our HQ in Aarhus. You will work closely with the International Business Development Director and the Customer Service team on sales and client support for clinics, and you will report directly to the MD, based in Denmark.

You Have a Talent for Sales, a Curious Nature, and Ambition to Meet Targets

You have a natural understanding of business and are used to achieving sales budgets, conducting strategic sales analyses, and pursuing new customers and sales in a structured and professional manner. Your educational background isn’t the most important thing. However, a commercial background and an understanding of regular travel demands are a plus. Experience in healthcare or life sciences is also a bonus.

You have strong social skills, an open mind, and the ability to navigate different cultures. You work with high ethical standards, are trustworthy, and excel at building relationships while being engaged in your approach to others. You are also a skilled networker who can establish connections and develop long-lasting partnerships.

You must be fully proficient in verbal and written English and have a high level of English proficiency for negotiations.

Preferably living in the UK.

Your profile may include:

- A relevant commercial or healthcare qualification
- Interest and curiosity in the field of fertility
- Experience with CRM systems and proficiency in Excel
- Experience of living up to KPIs
- The ability to work independently and enjoy collaborating with colleagues
- A profound understanding of the importance of the relationship between sales and the back office
- Willingness to learn and research – understanding that a “sales” profile isn’t everything
