Continia is looking for an experienced and results-driven Partner Account Manager to drive aggressive growth for our North American team through developing and enhancing collaborative partnerships with Value Added Resellers (VARs) in the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone with a focus on building authentic relationships and a servant attitude, a belief in the power of technology to transform business, and the ability to drive joint success through collaboration, enablement, and successful program execution.

About your role

As a Partner Account Manager (PAM) in North America, you will work with the Director of Sales and Marketing to drive aggressive growth and partner loyalty for our region to achieve team-based goals. With Continia’s through-partner model, your primary focus will be to drive awareness, market presence, engagement, and ultimately revenue with our North American based partners, who are system integrators focused on the Microsoft Dynamics Business Central and NAV solutions. While supporting our sales and partner management programs, you will interact with all levels of team members at our partners and even with end customers. This role is a tremendous opportunity to learn and grow with a wide variety of activities, from collaborating with partners on marketing and sales activities, to conducting demos, representing Continia at conferences, assisting with product questions, helping partners to close sales and move forward, and driving increased usage of our solutions.

Key responsibilities:

Partner Success & Growth

  • Drive partner growth by identifying new opportunities for collaboration and market expansion.
  • Maintain and expand existing partnerships through execution of partnership plans, including short- and long-term goals, KPIs, and key milestones.
  • Understand partners’ business models, service lines, goals, and objectives to align strategies for mutual growth.
  • Monitor and drive increased solution adoption and usage within the partner ecosystem.
  • Support partner campaigns and events.
  • Ensure consistent engagement activities with partners business statuses, reviews and strategic planning sessions with partners.
  • Ensure that our partners actively promote our solutions, e.g., through presence on their websites or in newsletters.

Technical Advocacy & Enablement

  • Equip and encourage our partners with our tools, training and resources to successfully integrate and sell joint solutions.
  • Conduct professional product demonstrations tailored to specific partner and client needs.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert, providing clear and timely assistance with product-related inquiries.

Brand Representation

  • Act as a key representative for Continia at industry conferences and networking events.

Team Enablement

  • Support our Marketing Manager with content marketing efforts and sales enablement tools.
  • Coordinate with our Services Team to ensure seamless project startups and other partner support.
  • Maintain all relevant records in related systems (e.g., CRM).

Further, you are likely to enrich our business with the following qualifications:

Relevant experience and education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or similar, combined with 5+ years of experience in partner management, account management, or software sales.

Partner and ecosystem expertise: Proven ability to build and grow technology partnerships, with a solid understanding of business software, cloud solutions, and partner ecosystems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central or ERP solutions is a plus).

Commercial and analytical strength: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, supported by a structured, analytical, and solution-oriented approach to driving results.

Execution in a fast-paced environment: Comfortable managing multiple priorities, working independently while collaborating effectively across teams in a matrix organization.

Systems and process mindset: Experienced in using CRM and other systems to manage pipeline, build efficient processes, measure outcomes, and continuously improve ways of working (HubSpot experience is a plus).
