We are looking for a results-driven profile with a technical background and expertise in specialty chemicals to serve the Danish/Scandinavian market, reporting to the Scandinavian Sales Director.

About the Company:

We are a major international distributor of specialty chemicals for the industry, renowned for our product portfolio. Our experienced and skilled Technical Sales Managers make us a valuable partner, especially in supporting customers with product formulation and development.

About the Position:

You will take over an existing portfolio and continuously develop it through proactive sales efforts targeting both existing and potential customers. Both new and existing clients will value the mutually beneficial partnerships you create.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of specialty chemicals for industrial use—you may already be working for a competitor.
  • Experience in technical sales, preferably in specialty chemicals, is an advantage.
  • A technical education with a good understanding of chemistry and/or manufacturing processes is preferred.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Danish, and/or Swedish.

  • Your sales approach is strategic, and you plan your efforts in consultation with the Sales Director.

What We Offer:

A value-creating role with significant freedom to structure and plan your work within a successful international organization. You will collaborate and exchange knowledge with other team members. This is a full-time position.

Location:

Our Scandinavian office is located in Central Jutland, where we typically meet quarterly with other Technical Sales Managers and BackOffice colleagues. Additionally, weekly Teams meetings are held with the sales team. You will primarily visit customers from your home base unless you live near the office.
