Farmers & Company is looking for a proactive and relationship-driven sales professional to help bring our unique organic food concept to new B2B customers – from catering companies to supermarket chains.
We don’t just sell products – we own the entire value chain: our own Angus cattle, free-range hens, farmland, and in-house food production. And of course, everything is organic. That means full transparency, uncompromising quality, and a story that already resonates with the customers we work with today.

About the role
As our new sales colleague, you’ll play a key role in our growth journey. Your responsibilities will include:
You’ll be employed by a newly established company under Farmers & Company, focused on logistics, sales, and the distribution of our own organic products – including, but not limited to, beer, wine, meat, and vegetables. This company will serve as our hub for warehousing, webshop operations, production, and equipment management – all with one clear goal: to get our quality products into the hands of even more customers.
The logistics and operations center is located in Ukmergė, Lithuania, which will also be your primary workplace.
You’ll report directly to Steffen, CEO, and become part of a tightly-knit team with big ambitions.
Some travel to Denmark may be required in connection with client meetings and collaboration across our group, which also includes Baltic Food Republic, Farmers Circle, and Senators Passage.

The monthly salary ranges from €1,300 to €1,800 net (in hand), depending on your experience and qualifications.

- Building and nurturing relationships with new B2B customers – especially in catering, retail, and foodservice
- Identifying new sales opportunities and proactively reaching out to potential partners
- Working closely with both production and leadership to understand and communicate product benefits

We imagine that you
- Have experience with B2B sales – ideally within retail, wholesale, or foodservice
- Are a strong networker with a natural sales instinct – but also structured, persistent, and excellent at following up
- Are self-driven and able to manage your own sales process from first contact to closed deal
- See systems and IT as helpful tools – not obstacles – and are comfortable working digitally and staying organized
- Can communicate complex products in a clear and trustworthy way
- Have a genuine interest in quality food, organics, and sustainability
- Are fluent in written and spoken English
