This is a relationship-focused sales role where you will identify new opportunities, nurture prospects through complex decision cycles, and build long-term partnerships that create mutual value.

Your Role & Key Responsibilities: Driving strat[xxxxx]ic sales and trusted partnerships
We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive who combines commercial drive with a genuine interest in building lasting customer relationships. You understand the dynamics of member organisations and know how to guide them through their digital transformation journey. This role requires patience, strat[xxxxx]ic thinking, and a consultative approach to sales.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline targeting member organisations, associations, unions, and professional bodies across Denmark.


  • Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, industry events, and strat[xxxxx]ic outreach.


  • Lead the full sales process from initial contact to signed contract, including needs discovery, solution design, stakeholder engagement, proposal development, and n[xxxxx]otiation.


  • Build trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their strat[xxxxx]ic priorities and organizational challenges.


  • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while maintaining focus on solution fit and long-term customer success.


  • Understand the membership sector deeply – governance structures, funding models, volunteer dynamics, digital maturity, and r[xxxxx]ulatory requirements.


  • Position [xxxxx] Member Solutions as a strat[xxxxx]ic partner that supports organizational growth, member engagement, operational efficiency, and mission delivery.


  • Navigate complex decision-making processes involving boards, committees, management teams, and member representatives.


  • Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in Salesforce (CRM), ensuring transparency and predictability.


Who We Believe Will Thrive Here:

  • You must be genuinely interested in society and the role of associations since they are a cornerstone of democracy and a training ground for it.


  • You have solid experience in B2B software sales, ideally with exposure to member organisations, associations, NGOs, or similar purpose-driven environments.


  • You are equally comfortable with new business development and account nurturing, balancing pipeline generation with relationship building.


  • You have a proven track record of achieving sales targets through consultative selling and long sales cycles.


  • You are structured and methodical in your approach, maintaining clear follow-up and consistent communication.


  • You are self-motivated and resilient, able to stay focused on long-term goals even when progress feels slow.


  • Fluency in Danish and English is required.


  • You are based in Denmark and able to travel to customers when needed.
