Technical Sales Specialist for triple Gazelle winner, Extreme Fasteners Europe

At Extreme Fasteners, Europe, we are expanding our team after a rapid 60% order growth last year, and we’re looking for another Technical Sales Specialist to help support our customers and vendors and keep our processes running smoothly.
We combine deep material knowledge with advanced fastener design to deliver unique, cost-effective solutions for demanding applications across industries like electronics, medical, aerospace, energy oil & gas and others. While growing quickly, we proudly maintain an unwavering commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
A numbers game
In this role, you will be the key link between customers and our productions by managing the entire sales process. From turning initial customer inquiries into accurate quotations and then winning the sale to ensuring orders run smoothly, and keeping communication across sales and supply chain clear, precise, and proactive. Our communication is primarily written, so strong written English skills are essential.
Daily tasks include:
- Transforming customer requests into accurate quotations and successful orders
- Updating internal databases and order logs to maintain smooth operations and quick decision-making
- Ensuring precise specifications, minimizing errors and exceeding customer expectations
You’ll be supported closely at the start during onboarding and over time, you’ll gain deep understanding of materials, fastener products, and customer applications and become key to matching customer needs with the right solutions.

- Works independently and takes responsibility for your own tasks, while still being a collaborative team player
- Is highly comfortable and confident using IT systems
- Communicates clearly and professionally in writing — English is essential
