Your Role:

As a Team Lead, you will spearhead B2B sales throughout European markets. Your mission is to lead and inspire the team in nurturing and expanding existing accounts, developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives for both new and existing customers, and driving the growth and enhancement of strong customer relationships.

You will be our Team Lead in the DK headquarter and be part of a talented team of international sales colleagues who will collaborate with you to succeed. You will be directly reporting into the International Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee B2B sales operations across diverse European markets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Negotiating partner contracts, including commercial terms and conditions
  • Foster and grow existing accounts while driving strategies to maximize return on investment.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to attract new customers and grow existing client relationships.
  • Actively engage with key clients and large accounts, building and maintaining strong partnerships.
  • Provide daily guidance and support to the sales team, emphasizing ongoing sales efforts.
  • Plan and manage seasonal budgets, ensuring they reflect market dynamics and overall business goals.
  • Take responsibility for training and developing B2B sales staff
  • Represent the brand at relevant trade fairs, showcasing the collection and building relationships.
  • Collaborate with [xxxxx] Marketing to facilitate successful collection launches and customer engagement initiatives.
  • Analyze customer performance data to uncover opportunities for additional business and drive sustainable growth.
  • Product responsibility for the commercial market feedback within your region

in coordination with the product teams in ohr HQ, including the preparation and summarization of market knowledge, trends, and analyses to tailor product development to market needs

You have:

- A Bachelor’s level education in sales, marketing, business, or a related field.

- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Team Lead or Head of Sales within on a european scale and a proven sales track record.

- Experience in sales and sales management within a dynamic business environment.

- Preferably, experience with kids', lifestyle, or fashion brands.

- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a hunter mentality.

- The ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a service-minded approach.

- Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with Microsoft Office, Excel, etc.
