ABOUT THE ROLE:

As our new Sales Executive you will be responsible for winning new accounts and increasing sales revenues within the assigned territory through direct touch sales activity. This will involve the prospecting, strategic approach and development of relationships with target organizations. You will be driving complex enterprise level sales cycles from prospecting to completion. Whilst acting as a true partner to customers, you will help further solidify Omada’s positioning as a market leader within the IGA Space.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Investigate, generate and convert high-value new sales opportunities
  • Consistently meet or exceed goals and financial performance targets
  • Act as a brand ambassador and further solidify market positioning as a leader within the Identity and Access Management Governance space
  • Plan and manage personal business portfolio according to an agreed market development strategy
  • Develop new customer relationships through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods
  • Produce accurate records of all information on customers and contracts in progress
  • Travel within the region when required, attend road- and trade shows
  • Communicate and collaborate with the global Sales function, as well as supporting capabilities such as Sales Engineering and Marketing
  • Provide a focal point for day to day customer interaction and maintain close contact at all levels to understand commercial aspects of prospective customers
  • Demonstrate and articulate a full understanding of Omada core competencies. Present these competencies in a confident and effective manner to prospective customers
  • Conduct all business ethically and in line with company procedures and guidelines
  • Liaise and attend meetings with other company functions as necessary to perform duties and aid business and organizational development
  • Establish and maintain a harmonious working relationship with other business units to ensure that service and performance targets are achievable and profitable

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Experience in IAM/IGA is a must
  • A proven track record of winning stand-alone new business
  • A proven track record of selling specialist security solutions
  • Technically proficient in selling software and SaaS solutions
  • Demonstrate an awareness of the corporate marketplace and the factors that affect it
  • Capable of developing and maximising new opportunities within the target customer base
  • A skilled negotiator, able to build trust and understanding with the clients
  • Able to effectively prepare, justify and communicate sales forecasting and delivery measurables
  • Must be able to achieve goals and objectives
  • Must be a closer, hungry to win and focused on completing new deals
  • Enthusiastic and hard working with a mature attitude to be able to establish credibility with customers
  • Willing and able to travel

Your market will be in the Nordics, and we expect you to be fluent in Danish, or Swedish with Danish language abilities. The company language is English and if you do not feel your skills are quite up to par we will of course support your learning.

ACCOUNTABILITIES AND PERFORMANCE MEASURES:

  • Meet or exceed the monthly, quarterly, and yearly TCV and ACV targets
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional plan
  • Continually lead the building of a robust and consistent pipeline
  • Work with partners to extend the reach and coverage of the sales team
  • Support and coach in deal closure and negotiations ensuring all support and approvals are in place
  • Maintain strong client relationships and executive sponsorship for opportunities
  • Ensure strong talent retention and development.
