Then you might be our next Sales Customer Success Consultant!

Our customers are general practitioners, specialists, and selected hospital departments. In total, this includes more than 6,000 doctors and staff. We take great pride in operating professional systems that support our customers’ needs for both stability and change. Therefore, our systems are also a strong brand in the healthcare sector.

We are looking for an engaged and structured technical equipment salesperson for our hardware department in Kolding, focusing on healthcare customers. You will join our technical team, where we develop and service advanced hardware for our customers - and we need your help to ensure top-tier quality and reliability.

Your Role: Be the Trusted Hardware Expert for Doctors and Specialists
You will play a key role in advising doctors and specialists on technical hardware solutions, managing complex orders, and ensuring additional sales to existing customers.
Your energy and an open, communicative personality that shines even over the phone.
You excel at prioritising, staying calm under pressure, and providing helpful, welcoming customer service -especially when things move fast.
To succeed, you are a keen listener and analyst, able to understand users’ needs and deliver the right solutions.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Advise doctors and specialists on hardware products and technical solutions.


  • Place and manage orders of varying complexity.


  • Ensure additional sales and follow-up with existing healthcare customers.


  • Collaborate with internal technicians for correct delivery and support.


Your Profile: Expertise Meets Put the customer at the center with your insights
To succeed in this role, we expect you to bring the following competences:

  • You have experience selling technical equipment or hardware (knowledge of healthcare is an advantage).


  • You are good at communicating and building relationships with professional customers.


  • You can work in a structured manner and can handle multiple processes simultaneously.


  • You have technical understanding and a desire to learn more about hardware for healthcare.


  • You are motivated to explore emerging AI trends and int[xxxxx]rate relevant insights into daily work is highly valued.


  • You speak fluent Danish and can communicate clearly and effectively with our customers.
