Develop and drive a global account portfolio across borders and subsidiaries


As International Key Account Manager, you will grow and manage a global account portfolio across international borders and subsidiaries.

One of your primary responsibilities is to establish and execute operational procedures for cross-border international clients. You will ensure that new accounts are managed as a unified entity with a single point of contact for negotiations and purchasing. The delivery and execution of projects will be coordinated through subsidiaries or managed via distributors or agents.

To drive growth and secure close relationships in all countries and subsidiaries, you will work closely with country managers, and distributors and agents where we don’t have our own presence.

Further you will:

  • Proactively address and follow up on global accounts within the private business segments of education, hotels & leisure, malls, developers
  • Run your own business area with high expectations for growth
  • Develop global account value proposition and service levels
  • Be part of the International Sales team and support distributors and/or agents in those markets where we have partners to execute sales and delivery

This position is based at our HQ in Odense, Denmark and we expect you to be in the office most days a week.

Salesperson with a growth focus and high degree of self-management skills


We are looking for a salesperson with a commercial background and solid experience and training in negotiation, solution selling and marketing.

You have experience from a similar position and possess knowledge of developing, driving and expanding global accounts through high level of service and value creation for customers. A growth focused and ambitious mindset is a must.

Further, we are looking for a candidate who:

  • Has the ability to drive business development, sales and pipeline management
  • Is proactive, self-managing and focused on hunting new accounts to create growth
  • Has a positive mindset and the ability to see opportunities

As you will communicate with a range of stakeholders, you must possess excellent communication skills in verbal, written and presentation settings with small to large groups. A strong knowledge of Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and PowerPoint, with experience of sales software is key, including CRM.

[xxxxx] designs, manufactures, and installs more than 1,000 playgrounds or fitness sites every month somewhere across 94 countries. Of these, 25 countries do so through [xxxxx]’s own direct operation and the remainder through carefully selected quality agents and partners. The global head office is in Odense, Denmark.

The global footprint has expanded significantly over the years, and includes production sites in the Czech Republic, design studios in Denmark and the Czech Republic, and country offices around the world including Europe, Asia, Australia, North America, and South America.
