🔹 Path 1: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Do you thrive on connecting with people and creating opportunities? As an SDR, you’ll:
• Be the first point of contact for new customers.
• Build strong client relationships and guide businesses on their cloud journey.
• Identify opportunities to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with Solution Specialists to deliver results.
Best for you if: you’re motivated by sales targets, love building connections, and want to kick-start your career in tech sales.
💰 Package: €25,000/year + up to €4,800 bonus + private medical insurance.
🔹 Path 2: Solution Specialist (SS)
Do you enjoy diving deep into technology and solving problems? As a Solution Specialist, you’ll:
• Provide technical expertise and tailor cloud solutions to customer needs.
• Deliver demos, confirm requirements, and advise on adoption strategies.
• Stay ahead of the latest developments in Microsoft cloud technologies.
• Lead trainings and be the technical go-to for clients and colleagues.
Best for you if: you have technical knowledge, certifications, and enjoy translating tech into real-world solutions.
💰 Package: €33,400/year + up to €6,000 bonus + private medical insurance.
