About the job
As our new experienced Sales Coordinator, you will work in close cooperation with the sales-, partner- and marketing team, especially our Business Development Director, and you will have a large number of individual tasks.

We are in a strong growth phase and therefore you will probably experience some changes in your job, responsibilities, and tasks over time.

Responsibilities
As a Sales Coordinator in Improsec, you will have the following list of responsibilities and tasks:

  • Ensuring our CRM is developed and data are always updated
  • Being responsible for the sales administrative tasks including the proper handover of projects to our Service Delivery Team
  • Assist our marketing team with events, lead registering, etc.
  • At least in the first year you will be heavily involved in co-operation with sister companies and external partners, especially on administrative level, but also dialogue with and support of eg Sales Reps, Sales Managers and directors from sister companies and partners
  • Ad hoc or recurrent tasks such as
    • NPS (customer polls to measure satisfaction – the administrative part only)
    • Project management for minor projects and campaigns
    • Updating and maintenance of our archive of presentations, sales material, etc.


Skills we can’t do without

  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sales coordination and is familiar in working with CRM systems
  • Fluent in English and Danish, both oral and written
  • You have a natural understanding of numbers, percentages, etc besides your structured way of working with the administration
  • Flexible when it comes to tasks, change in areas of responsibilities, and “last minute re-planning”
  • Service-minded and open to colleagues, internal and external

Skills we’d like

  • Familiar with cyber security or at least interested in learning more
  • Experience in writing or editing proposals, contracts, and the similar
  • Legal insights
