Region Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux as well as Eastern Europe. We are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within , and we aim to make Northern and Central Europe the best place to work.
Service North is responsible for Service Sales, Commissioning, Service and Maintenance of the wind turbines within the UK/Ireland and Nordic countries. As Field Supervisor in PFO & Commissioning you will be leading a team of technicians working in the field in all North & West countries.

Responsibilities
- Develop individual technicians and the Team
- Ensure good collaboration and working environment
- Ensure your employees are compliant with ’ safety standards and processes
- Implement department strategic initiatives
- Continuously improve safety and enable effective operational performance
- Hiring and performance revision of your employees
Qualifications
- Interested in becoming a leader or already a leader
- Experience with or insights into the daily work in Wind Turbine Generators
- Leads by example and able to motivate others
- Motivated and skilled in collaborating within a management team
- Organized and methodical approach to work
- Continuous commitment to safety, quality, and performance improvements
- Fluent in verbal and written Danish and English
Competencies
- Role model with a Safety and Compliance mindset
- Motivation, innovation, partnership, and coaching abilities
- Good communications skills
- Self-organization
- Good IT skill: Microsoft Office, SAP, and Salesforce
