Join our Quality team in Tinglev as a Reliability Test Engineer and help ensure the long-term performance and reliability of the world’s most energy-efficient refrigerated containers.

MCI is located in Tinglev in the Southern part of Denmark, close to Sønderborg, Kolding, and Flensburg. We have strong local roots but act on a truly global stage. As Reliability Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet customer expectations for lifetime and performance. You will facilitate FMEA sessions, develop and improve test methods, and support qualification testing of new and existing products in close collaboration with R&D and Test teams.

Key responsibilities include:

• Plan, facilitate, and document FMEA sessions for product development
• Develop and maintain qualification and lifetime test methods
• Support product specification reviews and engineering change requests
• Ensure necessary qualification tests are completed and documented
• Support product qualification and release processes
• Compare MCI and competitor products to identify improvement opportunities

You have a solid technical background and an analytical mindset. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with engineers across disciplines to continuously improve our product reliability and test processes.

Ideally, you

• hold a degree in mechanical, test, or quality engineering (or similar)
• have experience with reliability or lifetime testing (electronic, mechanical, or refrigeration systems)
• are a strong FMEA facilitator and experienced in test plan development
• have strong communication and collaboration skills
• are fluent in English (spoken and written)
• preferably hold a Six Sigma Green Belt certification

As this is a newly established position in MCI, it is required to have experiences from the same or similar role in previous job.
