We don’t want a firefighter who arrives when the blaze has already begun.
We need a visionary inspector and enabler, someone who works with the builders from the start, guiding them to design safe solutions and empowering them to solve problems with confidence.

This is the transformation [xxxxx] must go through — and we are looking for a leader to help us make it real.

Your Responsibilities

As our Lead Security Architect, you reports to Head of Group Architecture & Security and have leadership for the team (2 in direct reports) – And you will guide this transformation…

• Be the visionary inspector — setting the direction for how we design and build secure systems from the ground up
• Act as an enabler — ensuring security is a foundation for trust, speed, and innovation, not a barrier
• Report and manage the information security risks, both up, down and to the side in the organization. Which of cause means that you need to be able to communicate at different abstraction levels, for different audiences, to help everyone understand the issue, at the level where they are.
• Lead and mentor the team, empowering them to grow and deliver meaningful impact
• Work hand in hand with architects, developers, and operations to make security a shared responsibility across the organization
• Influence group-wide strategy together with the Head of Group Architecture & Security, embedding security into our future ways of working

This is not a role for a firefighter. It is a role for a leader who prevents fires before they start and enables others to build with confidence.
