The position
This exciting role is a part of a transformative agenda and can be shaped as the office expands. You will act as a technical subject matter expert (SME) in close collaboration with the team, who will support you with the analytics related to People & Organisation (P&O). You can look forward to: Pioneering best in class People Analytics self-service solutions in PowerBI, complemented by wider Power Platform ecosystem. Completing our migration from legacy Tableau solutions towards a centralized People Analytics Hub and influencing our strategy to improve and mature our data foundation Leading the development and deployment of analytics models, tools, and frameworks that provide insights and drive decision-making. Driving workstreams both independently and as part of a wider team. Promoting a data-driven culture and increasing data literacy across the organization. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality standards and ethical data practices are being followed.
Qualifications
To be excel in this role, we imagine you should have: Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science & Statistics (or equivalent experience). Expert in PowerBI, with high proficiency in both DAX and SQL, with experience in PowerApps along with the wider Power Platform ecosystem a strong benefit. 5+ years of in-depth experience with solutions involving data, business intelligence, and analytical technologies preferred (e.g. PowerBI, SQL, Alteryx) Excellent collaboration, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex data insights into valuable recommendations for senior leaders.
