We now seek a versatile Community Manager which is a pivotal role that drives aims to harness the power of machine learning within the realm of video data. Our mission is to build a responsible video data library data based on compliant, annotated and ethically sourced video data. Community members will get direct access to the product development team and an incredible network of video analytics solution developers, partners, and customers.
You will join a leading, global provider of video management software and be part of our innovative and entrepreneurial development team. You will leverage your expertise to deliver while ensuring compliance, top user experience and quality standards.
Your Responsibilities:
  • Community Facilitation: Develop and implement strategic community plans that align with the company's objectives. Facilitate online community engagement and events
  • Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with community members, including developers and end-customers. Act as a liaison, manager, and moderator between community members
  • Event Management: Organize and manage community events, both online and offline, to foster shared learning and collaboration opportunities
  • Communication: Communicate community insights and progress to stakeholders across the organization, including executive leadership
  • Proactive Engagement: Actively engage with community members to understand their needs and provide support. Signpost questions and requests to the appropriate team members

Ideally, your base will be within regular travelling distance of our HQ in Copenhagen or our Madrid office but if you are the right profile, other options are possible. Please note that the focus of the community initially will be in the US and EU so need to be comfortable working covering these time zones.
