The P&C Digitalization Manager is responsible for leading the digital transformation of HR systems and people data processes at Milestone. This role ensures the effective use, governance, and continuous improvement of Oracle HCM and related platforms to support global People & Culture operations. A key focus is enabling data-driven decision-making and operational scalability through robust system design and analytics.
The role works in close partnership with P&C Operations and the Global People Operations Excellence team to ensure that digital solutions align with Milestone’s People First strategy, compliance standards, and evolving business needs. As a strategic partner to IT, HRBPs, and business leaders, the P&C Digitalization Manager plays a central role in shaping how people data and technology drive value across the organization.

Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR digital transformation roles, ideally with Oracle HCM. Strong understanding of HR operations, data privacy, and compliance in a global context. Experience leading cross-border teams and managing complex system landscapes. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.

5+ years of experience in HRIS or HR digital transformation roles, ideally with Oracle HCM.
