Are you passionate about solving complex design challenges in a high-tech product field? Do you want to help advance dental technology and improve the lives of millions of patients? We are looking for a UX Lead to join our TRIOS Product Management team at , where you will play a pivotal role in both contributing directly to the design and development of our next-generation TRIOS Scanner solutions and leading a skilled team of 2 additional UX designers. This is a role combining practical UX/UI design work with team leadership and people development.Key ResponsibilitiesUX Strategy & Execution (Hardware Focus)Lead the TRIOS UX team while actively contributing as a designer on hardware-focused scanner projects. Manage user research, usability testing, concept development, user flows, and prototyping for hardware integrated with our software ecosystem. Apply data insights (e.g. Databricks, Fullstory, interviews) to guide design decisions. Team Leadership & People ManagementMentor and manage the TRIOS UX team, cultivate growth through coaching and feedback. Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and resource planning. Align UX capabilities and development with Product Management leadership. Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementTranslate product roadmaps into actionable UX plans. Communicate priorities, timelines, and risks across product, engineering, and other stakeholders. Champion cross-functional collaboration to deliver user-centred solutions. What We’re Looking For6+ years of UX design experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or mentorship role. Experience in designing complex software and/or hardware interfaces - ideally within healthcare, medtech, or other regulated industries. Demonstrated ability to simplify complexity through design. Skilled communicator and facilitator, able to align stakeholders and guide design discussions at different levels. Skilled in user research, interaction and interface design, and interface development. Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma). Experience guiding others - whether through formal leadership or peer mentorship. A collaborative mindset and experience working in agile, cross-functional teams.
