Your role in our team
As our new Experienced Software Developer in our Tracker team, you will be part of a Radar team developing advanced software for complex and performance-critical systems.
You will be part of a team of software developers and domain experts. The Tracker team currently consists of 4 developers, but you will be working closely with the rest of the department, including software architects, developers, and a test manager in an agile setup. We work closely together, support one another, and value continuous learning, whether you are mentoring others or growing your skills.

Key qualifications
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

You will be part of a team of software developers and domain experts. The Tracker team currently consists of 4 developers, but you will be working closely with the rest of the department, including software architects, developers, and a test manager in an agile setup. Your responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize software with a focus on performance, scalability, and maintainability
- Collaborate closely with our software architects and domain experts to shape software solutions
- Participate in technical discussions, code reviews, and software design
- Contribute to early testing and quality assurance as part of the development process
Key qualifications
You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.
- A master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics
- You have at least 5 years of professional software development experience, preferably as a Technical Lead
- Solid programming skills in modern C++
- You have solid mathematical understanding including knowledge of Kalman filters
- A structured and quality-oriented approach to software design
- Continuous integration and test-driven development are second nature to you.
- You have experience with Python for scripting, tooling, and testing
