Primary task and responsibilities include:
- Leading the early stages of the EDM transformation, driving the change in policies and processes related to data management
- Work with existing application portfolios while identifying ways to transform our data setup, ensuring business continuity
- Harvest and analyze metadata to gain a comprehensive understanding of our current data flow
- Visualize data connections between business, application, and data models to inform future redesigns for optimal data mesh setup
- Contribute to the analysis of collected metadata and apply insights to enhance data management
- Enhance the metadata registration, playing a key role in applying these learnings organization-wide
Ideal candidate:
- Passionate about information architecture and transforming outdated systems
- Experienced in data analysis, metadata harvesting, and visualization
- Skilled in policy development and implementation in data management
- Agile-minded, able to adapt and make an impact in a dynamic environment
