Supply Chain Coordinator

We are looking for a strong candidate to join [xxxxx]’s Supply Chain department. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your core responsibility will be daily operations within the purchasing process and coordination across the value chain.

Your responsibilities

The main responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Purchase planning for stock replenishment and made-to-order items.
  
  
• Follow up with suppliers on on-time delivery and improve processes.
  
  
• Evaluation of suppliers’ performance and initiating corrective actions when required.
  
  
• Ensure the ERP System is updated with correct parameters in collaboration with the Category Managers.
  
  
• Handling purchase invoices.
  
  
• Manage special requests from the Sales Department and include relevant stakeholders.
  
  

Your profile

• Relevant education within Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Sourcing or Logistics.
  
  
• Work experience within Supply Chain, Purchasing and/or Logistics.
  
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and areas of responsibilities in an efficient manner.
  
  
• A strong analytical, structured and fact-based mindset.
  
  
• Result-oriented with a get-it-done attitude.
  
  
• Experienced user of Microsoft Dynamics Navision/Business Central, MS Office - especially Excel.
  
  
• Excellent communication skills. Fluent in English & Danish (oral and written).
