From life-saving pharmaceuticals to breakthrough therapies, your work will directly impact products that matter.We’re looking for a dedicated Validation Professional to join our team — someone who’s not only skilled in the science of validation, but also excited to collaborate, innovate, and lead with a quality-first mindset.The position In this role, you’ll take the driver’s seat to validate new transport solutions within our global logistics network.As our Validation Professional, you will:
  • Lead the validation and qualification of global transport solutions, ensuring alignment with international regulations and internal quality standards
  • Develop and review validation protocols, risk assessments, and validation plans that ensure integrity in our cold chain systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement efficient, compliant, and scalable processes
  • Stay sharp on industry trends, evolving standards, and regulatory changes — and use them to make smarter transport solutions
    • In this role you are going to work across functions and borders, partnering with both internal and external key stakeholders to ensure our solutions meet (and exceed) the highest standards — keeping products safe, effective, and compliant from start to finish.Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should have:
  • A Master’s degree in engineering, supply chain management, or similar — or equivalent hands-on experience in validation
  • Strong background in validation/qualification in GDP, GMP or GxP environments
  • Proven ability to author, execute, and report validation activities with a keen eye for detail and compliance
  • Ability of critical thinking with a strong quality mindset, problem-solving skills, and a drive for continuous improvement

You communicate with clarity and confidence, and your ability to guide validation discussions makes you a trusted voice for your colleagues.About the department Global Logistics & Distribution (GL&D) is a central Supply Chain & Business Development organisation in Product Supply, managing all cross-functional logistical systems and processes and Finance.
