Operational Management & Coordination:
Strategically manage the overall order portfolio, optimizing prioritization and allocation to ensure superior product availability and exceptional on-time delivery. Oversee the successful execution of launches and promotions, mitigating potential service and cost risks. Collaborate closely with the Customer Relationship Department to enhance client partnerships through effective data exchange, shared KPIs, flow optimization, and initiatives like On-Shelf Availability (OSA) and B2B portal engagement. Continuous Improvement & Strategic Projects:
Actively participate in and champion the optimization of order picking and transport operations, including preparing and facilitating arbitration decisions by retailers in cases of product shortage, in full alignment with the commercial teams. Foster strong collaboration and ensure alignment across internal departments (Sales, Physical Distribution, Customer Service, Supply) to maximize customer satisfaction. Monitor turnover closely for accurate warehouse capacity planning, proactively identifying sales opportunities and potential risks. Drive continuous improvement initiatives and actively contribute to high-impact strategic projects across the Supply Chain, aligning with organizational goals for operational excellence and innovation. Lead, mentor, and empower a dedicated team of two supply chain professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and professional growth.
