You won't just observe from the sidelines. You'll jump in, rotate across the business and help ensure that our playground and fitness solutions are delivered efficiently, responsibly and sustainably - one playground at a time.
The Supply Chain Graduate track is a two-year rotational programme for recent university graduates, designed to give you a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes - from early design decisions to production, procurement, logistics and final delivery to customers across 94 countries.
Like any great playground, you'll explore different cornerstones of : 3 rotations, each 7 months long - building your confidence, skills and operational understanding across the global value chain:
Specific responsibilities will vary by rotation and be shaped by business needs, your aspirations and development, ensuring a steep learning curve and broad commercial exposure. You will be expected to get your hands dirty in the day-to-day operations, because we believe that's where real learning happens.
During each rotation, you'll complete a strategy-related business case, applying what you've learnt to real challenges. In your final months as a Graduate, you'll take on an end-point assessment - a business case tied to 's strategy - testing how far you've come and giving back value to the company.

A 2-year journey across the supply chain playground
The Supply Chain Graduate track is a two-year rotational programme for recent university graduates, designed to give you a deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes - from early design decisions to production, procurement, logistics and final delivery to customers across 94 countries.
Like any great playground, you'll explore different cornerstones of : 3 rotations, each 7 months long - building your confidence, skills and operational understanding across the global value chain:
- Supply Chain: working close to production, planning, logistics and delivery
- HQ: focusing on supply chain optimisation, sustainability or process improvement
- Sales: understanding how supply chain decisions support customer needs, service levels and growth

The successful Graduate

The essentials:
- You're a recent Bachelor's or Master's graduate, preferably within a Supply Chain related field - we imagine that you are graduating this summer or within the last two years
- You're ready to relocate during and after the programme. Previous international experience is a plus
- You're fluent in English. Proficiency in Danish, French and/or German is a bonus, but not a necessity
