Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Serve dishes and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Provide menu recommendations and answer customer inquiries.
- Ensure tables are clean and properly set at all times.
- Handle transactions, process payments, and manage receipts.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service.
- Maintain a high level of hygiene and comply with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality setting is preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic knowledge of Chinese cuisine and beverages is a plus.
