Senior Platform Product Owner - Go to market
As part of the Maersk procurement platform team you will be responsible for digital products that are helping Maersk grow our ambitions for integrating the world with integrated logistics. You will be working closely with procurement teams and a tech organization located in all areas of the world. You will be part of a fast paced team where building a good product is equal to customer obsession, alignment, storytelling and collecting data points. You will drive a product vision through all stages of its lifecycle by building product strategy, a road map with a backlog of capabilities and features. You will have a tight dialogue with internal stakeholders where collaboration is needed. You will make sure that we understand our customers' needs, pain points and business objectives.
What you will do
Own the full product lifecycle from ideation, refinement, prioritization, development, launch and maintain with a build measure learn mindset (data-driven)
We are looking for you to drive customer obsession so the products and capabilities on our platform is rooted in enabling our third party suppliers to respond to customer needs and designed to maximize the value that customers will get from our supplier capacity and capabilities.
You will drive a great online user experience, using both customer data analytics insights and supplier feedback in technology development. You will work directly with Maersk suppliers and procurement teams to collect feedback, insights and co-develop with them and technology.
Owning the scrum teams’ backlog, prioritizing and providing user stories, features and epics
Finally, you will lead, plan and report the ongoing work in relevant forums and communities. Through data and memos main and track success/progress & learnings. Analyzing trends and having regular interactions to get the necessary targets addressed.
Who you are
Most important is your personality and desire to continuously learn and improve the way we build technology.
You must be a great communicator with a data mindset both with technology and non-tech colleagues. You will drive the teams to a shared common understanding of the customer issue we want to solve online.
Passionate about using technology and based on data insights improve experience for our customers. You will own the sprint planning and grooming meetings to refine user stories with the engineering team and define how success will be measured.
You need to have a transformational mindset using an approach of persuasion and encouragement where you can take ownership when needed. With Maersk transformation you will need to apply skillset to drive success thought change management on a global scale across multiple functions- using a value driven and collaborative approach demonstrating you understand the E-2-E impact.
