ABOUT THE POSITION:

Your focus will be to support our Executive Management in a variety of different organizational activities as well as managing administrative tasks at the headquarters, where many of our specialists and Executive Management are located. In addition, we expect your great support in other kinds of activities, e.g., events or project support.

This is a position that will give you great opportunities to grow yourself within the company.

You will be reporting directly to our CEO:

The work location will be at our head quarter in Lem, Denmark

Key task and responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing lean administrative processes as well as following up on functional roadmaps.
  • Planning and alignment on yearly calendars
  • Handling the travel coordination- and planning for our Executive Management as well as handling travel expenses.
  • Supporting tasks such as structuring files, organizing and hosting meetings and events.
  • In addition to our administration office in Lem we also have an office in Stade, Germany, where you will be responsible for some administrative tasks both with employees and external suppliers.

Our expectation to you:

The ideal candidate has experience from a similar position or maybe you just finished your engineering degree and wants to take your first steps into a global company and get business experience.

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

  • Understand the dynamics in a global organization.
  • Be fluent in English and Danish - both written and orally.
  • Have IT skills within Microsoft Office, Outlook and knowledge of SharePoint and Teams.
  • Be able to keep an overview of many different tasks at once and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have good communication skills.
  • Have a positive mindset and welcoming approach towards other.
  • Bring dedication and a high level of energy into solving your tasks and making things work.

You are a team player with a good business understanding. You have an advanced ability to communicate in intercultural environment and to various functional stakeholders.

As a person you are a good colleague, you are structured, self-driven, good in prioritizing your task, you are proactive, questing the existing, shows responsibility and at the same time you are always respectful.

In addition, you are characterized by your good mood, flexibility, and collaboration skills.
