With direct reference to our Factory Manager, you will be a part of our PT team which currently consists of 10 colleagues. The team handles implementation and optimization of products, machines, and processes across the production for our Water meter products, however we have a strong collaboration across all production facilities also including our facility in the US. We work towards ensuring a high quality of our products and deliveries, as well as ensuring high uptime in the production. You will be a part of a team which is characterized by cooperation, technical sparring, can-do-attitudes and a positive informal tone of voice.

A job with focus on cooperation and optimization
In the job as PT Engineer you will be responsible for supporting the factory in regards to production equipment, processes, and systems. Furthermore, you will be responsible for continuously optimizing our production both in daily operations when an issue occurs, but also by carrying out strategical projects. Moreover, you will have a key role as you will act as the link between the production and product development when new products are implemented. Because of this you will work on the production floor in close cooperation with technicians, operators, quality personnel among others.

More specifically your tasks will be to:

  • Be part of the daily operation by troubleshooting and solving issues with products, systems, and equipment
  • Ensure implementation of new equipment and processes and to take the lead on projects
  • Keep track of deviations and initiate optimization opportunities
  • Enable change by being a knowledgeable sparring-partner in the production and collaborate across factories

We imagine that you hold a bachelor’s degree in mechanical or marine Engineering or a master’s degree within production such as Cand. Tech. or similar. You have a proven track record from a related role, and your experience has given you broad knowledge of related technical production systems, automated production and IT.

Furthermore, we expect that you have:

  • Experience in troubleshooting within automated production - both mechanical and software
  • Good knowledge and understanding about terms like PFMEA, OOE, OEE, Tact time, first pass yield, etc.

In addition, it is a requirement that you master English and Danish on a high level – both orally and written.
