In continuation of this journey Scan Global Logistics has been expanding within the Government & Defence segment and we are looking for an experienced logistic professional to join us on this continued journey.

You will be part of our control tower team that provides end-to-end logistics solutions within the Government & Defence segment. Today the team consists of 8 experienced and dedicated professionals, seasoned in working with challenging and complex logistics solutions.
The control tower team, you will join, plays a key role in designing solutions for our Government & Defence customers. Operational excellence, execution to perfection and a 24/7/365 mindset are key words for the right individual.
Work location is flexible. The current team is located in Aarhus.
The team you will be joining is well-functioning, cooperation and professional sparring is a priority for everyone in the team. At the core of our DNA is a ‘can-do-attitude’ and the willingness to always walk the extra mile to find the right logistics solution whether by road, rail, ocean or air transport. The right person can expect an interesting and developing position in a fast-paced international environment, working with complex assignment within one of the most demanding segments in the logistics industry.
In the position as Forwarder/Project Manager within the control tower team, you will play a vital part in designing tailor-made solutions for our customers. Your role will also contain tasks related to strategic planning, and execution on operational assignments.
We have a flat structure with good opportunities to put your own mark on the business and team.

Are a problem-solver that is always ready to go the extra mile to find the best solutions. Are structured with attention to detail combined with an analytical mindset. Are a team player and have a high degree of emotional intelligence allowing you to interact with colleagues at all levels in the organisation. Have extensive experience within the Freight Forwarding industry amongst other in handling transport and logistics assignments in complex environments. Experience with ocean freight is a plus, but not a requirement. Have a professional attitude/behaviour, combined with a constant service mindset. Have a collaborative mindset recognizing that results are achieved as a team. Have an eagerness to be best in class with a constant ambition to improve. Have ability to be flexible when needed and recognize that change is ever constant.
