The FX & Liquidity team is the front office desk of Group Treasury which places it at the heart of the finance organization.

Our claim to fame is through driving cash efficiency in all aspects of the business - hedging, investing, and advising on best-practice liquidity and foreign exchange (FX) risk management. Key Responsibilities

The core responsibilities in the FX & Liquidity team are to advise and execute on hedge strategies, manage daily liquidity, and generally drive the cash efficiency agenda in the organization. We are drivers of finance process optimization project that have direct impact on the front line which makes this team an ideal place to get involved in core finance decisions while being exposed to the business and its enablers to be best-in-class.

Among other things, you will

Advice our commercial organization on best-practice FX risk management
Drive initiatives to implement collection solutions through partnering with our relationship banks and/or fintech service providers.
Be the trusted business partner to the Latin American Region working with our regional colleagues to optimize cash visibility and efficiency.
Advice the business and group functions on ad hoc hedge strategies for projects
Manage the hedge portfolio by identifying and hedging exposures to protect the value of our balance sheet.
Manage the daily liquidity trading together with the rest of the team.
Work closely with our relationship banks to leverage their financial product offering to the benefit of the Group.

What are we looking for

You are a finance or business major with a problem-solving and analytical mindset, and we believe you have earned your wings in a corporate treasury or a bank.
You are a self-starter who can manage complexity and move tasks forward. You have a keen interest in the financial markets and a good understanding of corporate finance principles being able to apply them in practice.
You are thorough and accountable with a good eye for process improvement and a talent for understanding underlying financial market dynamics.
You enjoy working with a wide range of stakeholders and tasks. You are service minded towards stakeholders, while at the same time persistent in driving the treasury agenda.
You are a strong communicator in English, even of difficult matters and to audiences at different levels.
