SGL have started the exciting journey to implement D365FO at all our global business units. To support our growing D365FO environment, we are looking for a candidate who can support the installation from an IT perspective. You will be a key figure in the support and release planning of the system going forward – as well as your knowledge of D365FO will be an asset for the general rollout of D365FO.
What can you expect?
You will be a part of Group IT where you will be a placed in the Enterprise Systems team. We are a truly global team providing system support in areas like WMS, TMS, customs – and Finance. Your colleagues are specialists in their own areas providing the business units support and consultancy. The teams are unformal with a high degree of knowledge in their area.
You will be the anchor of handling D365FO 2nd level IT support, release management, access control, documentation, coordination between IT and Finance. As the position is new you will to some extend be able to form the position. The position will be based at SGL’s new HQ at Jernholmen 49, 2650 Hvidovre, with the possibility to work some days from home - or out of our other office sites.
Minor travel activities will be expected of this role.

Have previous application support experience as it is essential for this role. Have release- and test management experience. Understand business processes, including supply chain and finance. Be a self-starter and able to work without detailed management. Have knowledge of VIW processes (we use Basware). The responsibilities you are eager to take onThe responsibilities you are eager to take on2nd line support, being the contact point for all initial queries on D365FO, raising and escalating issues with consultancy. Supporting all functions across the business to document, replicate and resolve D365FO incidents. Logging service requests for changes and requirements to be added to the roadmap. Monitoring and resolving interface and batch job processing issues. Assist with data reconciliation and audit requests. Maintaining and authoring internal documentation in collaboration with 3rd party consultancy. Coordinating change management and updates of the D365FO environment (UAT). Maintaining and monitoring user security to ensure appropriate roles and permissions are in place.
