Are you ready to take on the responsibility of leading our growing Strategic Cyber Risk Advisory team in Denmark? Are you a person with strong people leadership skills, a commercial mindset, and experience with strategic cyber security? Then we would like to hear from you.
Improsec is on a growth journey and our ambitions are high. Our Strategic Cyber Risk Advisory team consists of strong competencies within business continuity and crisis management. As a group, we hold extensive experience in communication and collaboration with board level and senior management. We believe that with this business area our customers can truly benefit from combining operational tech security initiatives with a strategic approach.
As Director of Strategic Cyber Risk Advisory, your most important task will be to lead and develop the team of highly skilled security advisors. Moreover, you will also be tasked with growing our strategic advisory business and services, both in Denmark and beyond.
Your role and responsibilities
Referring to our COO, you will be part of the management team and will be responsible for the following during the first 12-24 months:
From there, it is up to you to build your own job description and goals, based on how you can best employ your skills and passion to develop your team, and cross-collaborate with the other directors and business units.

- Responsible for leading, developing, and strengthening the Strategic Cyber Risk Advisory team
- Secure solid and high-quality deliverables and advisory to customers
- Drive a solid growth and expansion of our strategic advisory business unit
- Contribute to and ensure that Improsec becomes even more visible and present in the market through networks, connections, and communities
- Collaborate closely with the other Directors in Improsec to support a holistic approach to cyber security and secure high-quality advisory to customers across sectors and markets
From there, it is up to you to build your own job description and goals, based on how you can best employ your skills and passion to develop your team, and cross-collaborate with the other directors and business units.

- Are a motivating, listening, and empathetic leadership profile, with a great talent for orchestrating a specialist team
- Have a strategic and commercial mindset that focuses on solutions, collaboration, and openness
- Have a well-stocked toolbox within leadership/management tools and experience
- Have an outgoing profile that thrives on establishing and developing relationships on several levels - both internally and externally
- Can conduct yourself professionally both in writing and speaking Danish and English
- Have extensive strategic and cyber security knowledge and experience
