Our team has a large impact on the business and as our new Group FP&A Analyst you will influence the optimisation of our global financial processes.</p><p>You will work with and support key stakeholders across the business in all geographies and you will help our reporting, forecast and planning processes to be better, faster, more precise with minimal effort for the business.</p><p>We can offer flexible working conditions, where you have the opportunity to plan your own working day with respect for both leisure and family.</p><p>Among the main tasks and responsibilities are:</p><ul><li>Support and help drive group planning and forecasting processes and the continued improvement of these</li><li>Support and prepare reports and analysis for the group business review process</li><li>Prepare group financial reports to support decision making for the management team and key stakeholders.</li><li>Participate in group finance projects to improve financial systems and processes</li><li>General ad-hoc analysis</li></ul><p><strong>Your starting point for constant development</strong></p><p>From your first day in Ramboll, we support your personal and professional development. We expect you to come equipped with:</p><ul><li>Master degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar</li><li>Excellent analytical skills</li><li>Have profound skills in Excel and PowerPoint.</li><li>Great communication skills and capable to simplify and explain complex financial information</li><li>Thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet ambitions situations with a willingness to tackle challenges</li><li>Experience with global reporting, planning and forecasting processes will be a plus</li><li>Fluent in English, spoken as well as written</li></ul><p>To succeed in the job, it is also important that you are proactive, have a drive to succeed and the ability to work independent and in teams.
