Bekey is a scale-up company based in Søborg, and part of the established North Media group along with our successful sister companies Ofir.dk, BoligPortal and FK Distribution – just to name a few.
We provide digital access for professionals within distribution, homecare, and other segments. Our goal is to make their work/everyday life easier and to deliver a pleasant and safe user and customer experience doing so.
At the heart of Bekey, we are building a new Product Department, with Developers and Product Owners managed by our CTO. We are working in planned 2-week sprints to secure an agile approach to product development. Furthermore, we work with a structured and sustainable approach to continuous product discovery, which gives us the confidence to explore opportunities that can potentially meet customer needs.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
We are looking for a Technical Support/QA specialist with a curious mindset and strong social skills. Since we will be spending a lot of time working together, it might as well be fun doing so. Tasks and responsibilities:
- Possess a strong technical background and understanding of web application development, including experience with programming languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other related frameworks
- Be able to communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner to customers
- Perform manual testing of user scenarios and test on thousands of real devices in the cloud
- Automate scenarios and include them in our continuous integration pipelines
- Conduct exploratory testing of both web and mobile apps to identify defects and areas for improvement
- Verify the acceptance criteria of new features and bug fixes
- Document and report defects in a clear and concise manner
- Continuously improve the testing process and methodology
Need to have role requirements:
- Preferably 2 years of work experience with technical support and QA
- Familiar with troubleshooting tools and techniques, including remote desktop access, VPN, and network diagnostic tools
- Experience with any of the following technologies:
- Technologies/Languages: SQL
- You have very good oral and written communication skills in Danish and English
Nice to have role requirements
- Familiar with remote desktop access, VPN, and network diagnostic tools
- Knowledge of wireless technologies in general with a focus on Bluetooth
- Experience with any of the following technologies:
- Postgres, HTML, CSS, PHP, Java
- Processes/Tools: Scrum, JIRA, Confluence
