As our new Training Coordinator you will work at our multiproduct facility in Copenhagen and play a central role in ensuring effective training coordination, documentation & administration.

What will you do?

Together with the training department, team leads and other key stakeholders, you will coordinate training events, documentation and onboarding logistics for the growing number of employees in our manufacturing teams. AGC Copenhagen continues to expand, not only in the number of employees in Copenhagen, but also with our new facility, due for completion in 2023. As the Training Coordinator you will ensure that our training systems, standards and approach to training can support this growth, the needs of the business and the needs of our manufacturing employees. Your main focus areas will be to support our manufacturing colleagues with training queries and documentations. Our support services are face to face, service desk, email and during onboarding. For the right candidate there will be opportunities to assist with optimizing training documentation, develop innovative training material, facilitating the onboarding academy, creating and editing video material to be used in eLearning.

It is crucial that you are curious, have a structured mindset, enjoy improving systems and standards, but most importantly you are service minded and love to help your colleagues. Your day will be characterized by numerous routine administrative and operational tasks, however, no two days are the same, therefore you need to be ready and willing to roll up your sleeves and help your colleagues with training and onboarding related requests. You will arrange the onboarding training and coordinate all related activities.

As the Training Coordinator you will;

  • Ensure correct completion of training documentation in accordance with GMP legislation and requirements, update training matrices, systems and create monthly compliance reports.
  • Regular and ad hoc administrative, including administration of our LMS platforms.
  • Collaborate closely with team leads to identify and execute new training requirements.
  • Be the main point of contact and provide professional timely services to our manufacturing employees, in person and via email. Providing a systematic approach to problem solving.
  • Improve, align and structure the content of our training systems, training plans and documentation etc.
  • Coordinate all onboarding activities and ensure that our newcomers receive a very warm welcome.
  • In collaboration with SMEs; update technical training material.
  • Prepare training material and presentations ensure high-quality.
  • Support the team with training coordination and projects.

Not a prerequisite, but definitely a bonus is you…

  • Can create and edit engaging technical training material, videos and manage eLearning platforms.
  • Have experience in developing eye catching and engaging e-learning content (e.g. using Articulate 360, video recording and editing software etc.).
  • Have experience with new learning technologies such as VR, AR, MR, Simulation, Gamification, and other educational technology.
  • You are familiar with Training within Industries (TWI)

What do you need to succeed in this role?

  • We imagine that you hold relevant experience and have previously worked in a similar position as a Training Coordinator or Learning Administrator for at least 3 years, preferably from within a GMP and Manufacturing environment.
  • You know Office 365 features by heart (Power Bi Pro is an advantage)
  • You have an independent, yet team-oriented and service minded approach. You tackle tasks with energy, curiosity and a positive attitude.
  • You thrive when working with in high paced and energetic environment, and do so with a smile.
  • It is of utmost importance that you have a proactive personality, with a pragmatic attitude and approach to the daily work - without compromising quality. The environment is dynamic and challenging, which requires the ability to find solutions and deliver on time.
  • You have strong organizational skills and are good in handling details. You complete your tasks with the highest quality and quick turnaround.
  • Professional and effective communication skills in English, verbal as well as written. Danish is not a pre-requisite, but is definitely a bonus.
