<p>Our Aviation department in Copenhagen, Denmark is looking for a new Airport Master Planner with solid airport knowledge and experience in master planning, stakeholder engagement and airport operations so we can continue to develop and maintain our leading position in airport planning and development for a sustainable future.</p><p> </p><p><strong>You will join our Aviation Department</strong></p><p>As our new Airport Master Planner, you will be part of a strong team of approximately 20 engineers and economists. The master planning team consists of 4 staff members, who do strategic advice to airports and prepare feasibility studies, air traffic forecasts, market assessments and master plans.</p><p>We work with many exciting airport projects in most parts of the world. Your duties and responsibilities will be preparing the abovementioned type of studies/assessments/plans, preparing and conducting presentations to clients and stakeholders, as well as preparing reports and drawings. Furthermore, you will be contributing to the preparation of proposals for new master plan projects.<br>

In cooperation with competent and committed colleagues, we expect you to take part in the responsibility for developing our master plan team. You work out of our Copenhagen office, where you participate in the projects independently and where you will also be the designated Project Manager for some of our master plan projects. These projects are in many different parts of the world and travel can be expected. With your experience and expertise, you will contribute to the development and implementation of new tools and work methods so that we can maintain our leading position, both in the market and professionally.<br>

For this role, we believe your starting point is:</p><ul><li>Minimum ten years of experience from the aviation industry</li><li>A degree in civil engineering, structural engineering or similar, preferably related to infrastructure projects</li><li>A background as an airport professional, e.g. as airport consultant, airport master planner, airport asset manager, airports operations professional or the like</li><li>A high level of professionalism and you can quickly form an overview of the specific task at the same time as you can work independently and can make decisions during the project process</li><li>You have experience with infrastructure projects</li><li>You have knowledge of the typical project process from planning through different design stages to tendering</li><li>You are able from Day 1 to take a role as Discipline Lead or Project Manager on a master plan (or design) project</li><li>You are able and happy to undertake other roles from time to time, e.g. business development, preparation of proposals, internal task force work on specific topics, sales presentations etc.</li><li>You have a passion for developing solutions which are sustainable and create long-lasting value for our clients</li><li>You enjoy having a coordinating role in relation to solving the tasks</li><li>You are able and used to work professionally in the English language.
