The position As a Space Manager, you will deliver high-quality space and occupancy planning within an office portfolio of +200,000 square meters. Together with our existing Space Manager, you are responsible for ensuring an efficient and proactive utilisation of our workspaces across the office portfolio in Denmark. You are expected to independently drive processes, coordinate tasks, challenge data, identify risks and opportunities, and present suggestions and solutions. Your main tasks in this role are to:
  • establish and maintain relevant, high-quality data overviews to ensure efficient and proactive utilisation of the office spaces across the office portfolio, including an overview of workspaces allocated per building, workspaces allocated per organisational area, utilisation levels, etc.
  • manage user requests for office space across the office portfolio in DK.
  • prepare and present plans and scenarios for timely and efficient allocation of office spaces including option comparison, benefits, risks, and business impact.
  • identify future requirements for workspace needs across the office-based organisations in DK.
  • In this role, you will have direct impact on decisions and will be able to see actual results of your work. Qualifications For this position, we are looking for the following qualifications:
  • relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree within architectural technologist and construction management, business administration, finance, engineering, or another relevant field with excellent results.
  • 0-2 years of experience with space & occupancy planning.
  • demonstrated ability to handle user dialogue and requests from users.
  • creative thinking and an ability to consider various solutions to a problem.
  • fluency in English and Danish with excellent writing and presentation skills.

About the department In Corporate Facilities, with 250 employees, we enable Novo Nordisk to focus on the core business by delivering simple and agile solutions for infrastructure, workplaces, utilities, and facility services as well as a major building portfolio. The team has a wide array of responsibilities within all aspects of corporate real estate and diverse employees with a professional mindset. The real estate team consists of 7 colleagues working closely together with other corporate functions, technical specialists, finance, and senior stakeholders across all of Novo Nordisk.
