In close collaboration with the EVP and the management team, you will have a key role in driving strategic initiatives within Finance, Legal & Global Solutions and across Global Finance. Your resposibilities will include:
  • Drive strategy development and execution of our Global Finance Strategy as well as functional strategies in the EVP area.
  • Act as sparring partner to the CFO and EVP of FLGS on key priorities.
  • Drive the communication agenda in FLGS and Global Finance in close collaboration with the EVP Communications Partner in your team.
  • Drive projects and ad-hoc tasks for the EVP.
  • Be part of both the EVP management team in FLGS as well as Global Finance Leadership Team and drive the agendas and management meetings.

Qualifications To succeed in this role, you have a master's degree and ideally 10+ years of experience within global finance, executive support, consulting or similar. Other success criteria are:
  • Ability to think strategically, break down problems, structure processes and create top-down communication
  • Experience with strategy and exposure to senior stakeholders
  • Business understanding and a true NNWAY ambassador
  • Ability to be a trusted strategic partner, build relationships across the business and lead a team
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English

    You will join FLGS management and Global Finance Leadership Team (incl. our CFO and 5 Global Finance SVPs), and will be leading FLGS Business Support, a team consisting of Communication Partners, a Project Lead, and a Project & Event coordinator. Your direct report will be the CVP of Novo Nordisk Consulting, allowing you to be part of a high performing unit and getting close sparring and support.
