This is a unique opportunity to work closely with leaders and make a real impact across a broad area of responsibility.We are currently looking for a new Personal and Administrative Assistant to support the Corporate Vice President (CVP) of CMC Analysis & Characterisation and the Bioanalysis and Technology department. The position is split 50% as a Personal Assistant and 50% as an Administrative Assistant.Your new roleAs our new CVP Personal and Administrative Assistant in CMC Analysis & Characterisation, you are offered a challenging and dynamic role. You will join the CMC Analysis & Characterisation leadership team and regularly interact with the Strategic Business Partner, HR Business Partner, and other assistants throughout the area, ensuring operational excellence.Your main tasks will be:Provide administrative assistance to the CVP area, CVP Management team, and the Bioanalysis and Technology department. Build budgets and lead financial controlling at CVP and department level, including monthly reporting and follow-up. Oversee system activities for CVP and Bioanalysis and Technology, supporting technology implementation and process improvements. Act as a proxy for managers in IT systems, ensuring timely updates and maintenance of CMC Analysis & Characterisation SharePoint sites. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders on cross-functional activities and budget-related tasks. Manage calendar administration, meeting coordination, and organise seminars and social events. Furthermore, you will be a key player in creating a great work environment, fostering strong business relationships within the department, in the administrative group, and with other stakeholders.Your new departmentIn CMC & Product Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life- saving medicines to the patients who need them most.Your skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this position, we imagine that you have:+ 3 years of experience from a similar position in a corporate environment. Experience and strong interest involvement in budget handling as well as a curiosity to learn more. Demonstrated proficiency in working with SAP, Coupa and Clarity systems to support operational and financial processes. Excellent communication skills in English, Danish is considered an advantage. As a person, you are proactive, flexible, and possess a strong can-do attitude. You are recognised as a positive and friendly colleague, capable of building trusting relationships.
