Role

As a Technology Team Coordinator, you will support the Fleet Platform team and the Energy Transition Platform team with administrative tasks. We are looking for someone independent and proactive, who approach their work with curiosity and eagerness.

Day to Day Could look Like:

  • Supporting the team across a range of business support tasks and projects
  • Managing meeting room and catering bookings

  • Managing leaders’ calendars and meeting coordination
  • Managing all external enquiries
  • Assisting in booking travel and accommodation for leaders
  • Supports the arrangement of programs, events, or conferences by procuring facilities and caterers, issuing information or invitations, coordinating speakers, and event budgets
  • Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
  • Assist in processing team expenses

Who We’re Looking For

  • Passionate about providing a seamless administrative service to our directors
  • Confident in managing multiple and changing priorities and stakeholders
  • Willingness and capability to rapidly learn new systems and tasks
  • Knowledge of basic Microsoft software platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation skills
