Senior Commercial Development Manager, Products, Marketing & Development (Chronic Care Commercial)

As Senior Commercial Development Manager you will lead commercial projects that span both global initiatives and country projects with our subsidiaries. You will make a real difference in an international environment, working closely with country leadership teams and HQ stakeholders.

The Commercial Projects team consists of five team members, typically in the early stages of their career. In the team, we work as a partner to our subsidiaries focusing on how to drive growth and efficiencies and help pave the way for local execution. To ensure close collaboration with the markets, we value being on site; therefore, you can expect approximately 60 travel days per year.
With exposure to diverse projects and subsidiaries, you will in this role gain invaluable experience and expertise, making you an ideal future candidate for one of our commercial teams at [xxxxx], including opportunities abroad in our subsidiaries.
Lead commercial projects and make an impact by
• Leading high-impact country projects, such as business cases, country strategies, sales force productivity projects, or go-to-market strategies
• Driving global projects in close collaboration with other functions (e.g., Marketing, Portfolio & Pipeline, Global Operations, Finance, Corporate Strategy, DDIT)
• Creating and consolidating complex analyses into well-structured communication materials to facilitate decision-making by senior management
• Acting as a sparring partner to local management teams, co-creating actionable recommendations
To succeed in the role, we imagine that you:
• Bring prior experience with strategy or business development; at least 5 years from management consulting, strategy, business analytics or corporate development role
• Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, paired with excellent oral and written communication skills in fluent English
• Excel in project management and have a proven track record of leading commercial projects successfully
• Possess excellent stakeholder management capabilities, enabling you to engage and collaborate seamlessly with diverse global and local stakeholders as a trusted strategic sparring partner
• Are eager to learn, have a growth mindset that enables you to challenge, develop and approach complex issues in collaboration with others
• Are a team player with positive energy that can handle a wide range of activities in parallel
• Hold a master/MBA degree; ideally covering a balance of quantitative and qualitative disciplines
• Are a Microsoft Office super user; in particular Excel and PowerPoint
