We are now looking for a Project Manager to join our Group Functions and help drive some of the most businesscritical, crossorganizational initiatives in the company.

Purpose of the Role


The Project Manager ensures effective execution of group projects that support growth, profitability, and operational stability.

You act as the link between Group Functions and Business Units, bringing structure, momentum, and governance to projects that typically sit outside the capacity of individual business units.

• Strengthen execution power in strategic initiatives
• Accelerate time to value in integrations and optimization projects
• Improve risk management, milestone control, and dependency handling
• Ensure consistent implementation of group standards and processes
• Relieve key functions by taking ownership of complex projects
• Enhance governance and reporting to Corporate Management

Key Project Areas


The role typically involves managing 1–2 projects simultaneously. Our focus is on delivering high quality and maintaining strong momentum on larger projects rather than handling a high number of projects.

Production Footprint Projects


• Manage changes in global production and capacity setup
• Drive decision material for expansions, relocations, or consolidations
• Coordinate production transfers, ramp-ups, and implementation activities
• Understand capacity analyses, product flows, and cost drivers
• Ensure data-driven decisions, clear timelines, resource alignment, and risk mitigation

M&A Integration Projects


• Secure Day 1 / Day 100 execution
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams
• Ensure deliverables, deadlines, and integration of processes and systems

Best Practice & Operating Model Implementation


• Drive harmonization of processes and ways of working across the organization
• Develop training, SOPs, and governance frameworks
• Follow up on adoption and organizational maturity

Supply Chain Projects (DK & Europe)
• Implement selected improvement initiatives
• Roll out group standards across sites
• Manage capacity and flow optimization projects

Cross-Functional Corporate Projects
• Lead initiatives across Supply Chain, Commercial, IT, and Finance

Success Criteria
• Projects delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Clear and consistent reporting to Corporate Management and Steering Committees
• Strong organizational buy-in and successful implementation into operations
• Reduced project risk and improved progress in group initiatives
• Documented results and tangible benefit realization

The candidate profile we are looking for

Experience & Competencies
We are looking for a project professional with 3–7 years of experience who thrives on turning plans into tangible results. You bring a proven track record from implementation and transformation projects, where you have successfully translated strategy into structured execution and lasting impact.

With a strong foundation in governance, planning, and risk management, you create clarity, direction, and momentum in complex initiatives. You are confident facilitating workshops, aligning stakeholders, and coordinating cross-functional workstreams to ensure progress and shared ownership.

As a communicator, you build trust and collaboration across functions and levels. At the same time, you combine structure with an analytical, data-driven mindset—enabling well-informed decisions and measurable outcomes.
