Join Our Team
is looking for a committed, structured, and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth order fulfillment and act as a vital link between operations, the warehouse, and sales.
Responsibilities
Your tasks will include, but are not limited to:
- Coordinating daily operations with 3PL partner/warehouse
- Ensuring timely and accurate deliveries to key accounts and customers with special handling requirements
- Developing, maintaining, and monitoring delivery guidelines and special handling procedures
- Managing and updating delivery agreements
- Supporting the sales team with operational and logistics-related tasks
- Handling various ad hoc operational tasks

- Detail-oriented with a strong ability to maintain overview and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive, decisive, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks
- A strong team player who can also manage independent responsibilities from start to finish
- A confident communicator, both internally and externally
- Fluent in English, written and spoken
You have
- Experience within logistics and/or operations
- Experience from a similar role, ideally working with key accounts
- Solid operational understanding and hands-on mindset
- Experience with Business Central and/or Excel is an advantage
- Strong system understanding and proficiency in Microsoft Office
