Join Our Team

[xxxxx] is looking for a structured and dynamic E-Tail Coordinator to join our fast-growing global organization. You will become part of an ambitious and collaborative team driven by passion and strong business acumen.

In this role, you will help deliver a best-in-class experience for our B2B e-tail and key account customers. With a strong commercial mindset, you will play an important role in ensuring customer satisfaction, driving reorders, strengthening brand loyalty, and making [xxxxx] truly easy to do business with.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Maintain and update customer master data
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team and act as a liaison between sales and operations
  • Managing requests and data flows for key accounts, including order entry, product data, and image handling
  • Providing daily support to e-tail customers regarding sales orders, claims, returns, invoices, and product-related inquiries
  • Processing and managing sales orders
  • Supporting key accounts with operational and administrative tasks
  • Managing customer sales orders in the ERP system
  • Create and maintain return orders and credit notes in the ERP system

You are

  • Commercially minded with strong attention to detail and structure
  • Self-driven and able to work independently
  • A fast learner with a service-oriented, can-do attitude
  • Data-driven and comfortable working with numbers and systems
  • Skilled at collaborating across teams and building strong internal and external relationships
  • Analytical and solution-oriented, with a desire to learn and develop
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

You have

  • Strong proficiency in Excel
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Preferably experience working with key accounts

Practical Information

You will be based at [xxxxx]’s head office in Copenhagen and report directly to the Head of Operations.
