Therefore, we are looking for a Project Manager to become part of our Programs Management team and contribute to our overall purpose – securing people through advanced technology.

Your role in our team

As a Project Manager you will become part of a group of experienced Project Management professionals and work as an integrated part of the SPS Program Excellence team. From the moment an order is received, you will act as the primary customer contact and take full responsibility for leading and implementing projects in line with customer requirements.

You will build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders, ensure high customer satisfaction, and lead and motivate your project teams to deliver high quality on time and on budget. As a Project Manager, you will be given full P/L responsibility, which fits your natural flair and drive for securing that commercial success is delivered as a team effort.

How you will make a meaningful contribution

Your key responsibilities include:

• Be responsible for planning project activities, including resources, schedules and financial aspects, from initiation to delivery to customer
• Report project progress in relation to schedule, finance and quality to customer and management stakeholders
• Manage and report project budgets and statuses
• Be responsible for project change and risk management

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English both in writing and verbal at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement. Moreover, we are also looking for a new colleague who:

• Holds a degree in Engineering or other relevant technical background
• Has some years of experience within project management
• Is accustomed to working with both colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds
• Has a good and sound commercial business understanding
• Possesses good communication skills

You bring strong leadership skills and communicate clearly with customers and stakeholders at all levels.
