We're entering an exciting new chapter with the launch of Studio - our creative and brand strategy offering. We’re looking for ambitious creative strategists, designers, social content managers, and video producers to help shape this new offering and build a creative and innovative team. You’ll sit at the core of how we concept, design and deliver best-in-class social content for international brands and retailers.

As a Social Content Manager, you’ll be responsible for building engaged communities and creating social-first content that fuels both organic and paid performance. You’ll sit at the intersection of social strategy, creativity and performance - shaping how brands show up across social platforms every day.
You can look forward to:
- Building tailored social strategies that align with brand objectives, audience insight and channel best practice.
- Sourcing, vetting and managing aligned creators and influencers who feel like a natural extension of the brand.
- Briefing, curating and delivering authentic, UGC-style content designed to feel native to platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Meta.
- Partnering with paid social and performance teams to ensure your content fuels and elevates both organic and paid activity.
- Proactively suggesting new content ideas, formats and creative approaches to improve engagement, reach and overall campaign performance.
- Working collaboratively with other Studio members, taking part in brand strategy workshops, production shoots and campaign launches.

What we’re looking for
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Social Content Manager with a sharp eye for culture and creativity, who is curious, organised, and ready to grow with us.
You’ll probably recognise yourself in some of the following:
- +5 years’ experience in a social media, content or community role, ideally within a brand, agency, or creator-led environment.
- Hands-on experience creating and publishing content for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and Meta (organic and/or paid).
- A strong portfolio or examples of social content you’ve planned, created or managed (channels, campaigns, UGC, creator work, etc.).
- Confident working with creator, social-native and editing tools (e.g. TikTok/Instagram editing tools, CapCut, InShot, Canva, Adobe Suite, Twirl, Insense, DreamInfluence) and comfortable briefing designers or creators when needed.
- Solid understanding of how to optimise content for web and mobile – from formats and specs to hooks, captions and CTAs.
- Detail-oriented with strong QA skills - you spot typos, off-brand moments and formatting issues before the content goes live.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple platforms, brands and content calendars at once.
- Naturally curious about social trends, creators and new formats, and excited to test, learn and iterate based on performance data.
