Your Role
You will take part in development projects that span both electronics and mechanics, contributing to design, documentation and practical implementation. Your work will move between design tools, lab tasks and close collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams.
You will:
- Design, develop and classify hardware-related project deliverables
- Create circuit schematics, cable and harness designs using Capital Essentials, Visio and 3D modelling in Solid Edge
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to technical cussions
- Prepare technical documentation and handle engineering change requests
- Develop prototypes and internal test products, as well as documentation for final production assemblies
- Support both R&D activities and hands-on tasks in the lab

Your Responsibilities

- Researching and developing project-related hardware solutions
- Selecting components and materials for construction and assembly
- Preparing electrical schematics and harness designs
- Coordinating component purchasing together with the procurement department
- Building prototypes and products based on approved design solutions
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a hardware engineer who brings solid theoretical understanding and practical hands-on experience. Someone who can navigate the lab as confidently as the design review.
You bring:
- 2+ years of experience in hardware or electronics engineering
- Strong practical skills — soldering, troubleshooting, measurements and lab routines
- Experience using multimeters, oscilloscopes and basic test equipment
- Ability to translate theory into functional, reliable engineering solutions
- Experience collaborating with electronics, mechanical and production teams
- Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and maintain structure during shifting priorities
- A supportive, flexible and solution-oriented mindset — especially when colleagues need an extra hand
- (Advantage) A background as a craftsperson or technician before becoming an engineer, or similar hands-on training
