Kolding

Kolding IF is a proud and ambitious football club rooted in tradition, community, and continuous development. As we continue our journey toward sporting and organizational excellence, we are looking for a dedicated and versatile Analyst & Recruitment Assistant to join our team.

In this hybrid role, you will contribute to both the recruitment of players and staff, as well as provide data-driven insights that support our sporting strategy and club operations.

Player Recruitment
  • Assist in scouting and identifying potential signings

  • Help manage and maintain databases of player profiles and scouting reports

  • Coordinate with scouts, agents, and internal staff regarding potential targets

  • Support the logistics and documentation related to trial periods and signings


Performance & Data Analysis
  • Collect and analyze match data, video footage, and individual player performance

  • Deliver reports and insights to coaching and technical staff

  • Support pre- and post-match analysis of both our own squad and opponents

  • Develop dashboards or presentations to aid tactical and recruitment decisions


What We’re Looking For
  • A background in sports science, performance analysis, scouting, or a related field

  • Strong analytical and observational skills

  • Experience with video analysis tools and/or scouting platforms is a plus (e.g., Wyscout, Instat, Hudl)

  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with coaches and staff

  • Passion for football and a deep understanding of the game

  • Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus
