We are looking for a strategic and people-focused IT leader to head up Commercial Solutions within Diagnostics IT (part of [xxxxx] IT).

With Salesforce as a core platform, you will bring together people, processes, and technology to create scalable, reliable, and business-driven commercial solutions. You will play a pivotal role in aligning strategy, governance, and operations while balancing innovation with stability in a regulated environment.

Welcome to Diagnostics IT

You will join Diagnostics IT and become part of the Diagnostics IT Leadership Team, contributing to strategic direction, prioritization, and cross-functional initiatives. Diagnostics is 1 of 3 different business areas of [xxxxx]. Here you will find 1840 people working on delivering diagnostic equipment to hearing healthcare professionals work wide. The role is based at the [xxxxx] HQ in Smørum, Denmark, with global scope across Denmark, Poland (Stettin), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), and the USA (Chicago).

Joining us, you will lead an international and distributed team of developers, testers, supporters, and administrators primarily located in Poland and Malaysia, while collaborating closely with colleagues in Denmark and the US. Diagnostics IT consist of 45 people in total and plays a vital role in enabling innovation, compliance, and operational excellence across our global Diagnostics business. Collaboration, accountability, and a governance mindset are central to how we work.

Head Up Global Customer Solutions

As IT Manager – Commercial Solutions, you will lead a department of 7 people (5 in Poland and 2 in Kuala Lumpur) and define and drive the strategy and roadmap for Customer Solutions in alignment with Diagnostics and the Group IT strategy. Furthermore, you will hold end-to-end responsibility for Salesforce platforms, backup solutions, and customer-facing applications supporting our global Diagnostics business. This includes ensuring operational stability, compliance with regulatory and product safety standards, and continuous improvement of business-critical systems. You will report to the Vice President of Diagnostics IT who reports to the CIO of [xxxxx] IT.

Joining us, you will lead the Customer Solutions team, safeguard governance and compliance, manage vendors and budgets, and ensure that our commercial platforms continue to support business growth and customer impact globally.

Joining us, you can look forward to the following responsibilities:

  • Build, lead, and develop an international team, fostering engagement, ownership, and cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Own and drive the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce and related customer-facing platforms.
  • Ensure stable, compliant, and high-quality delivery of Customer Solutions, balancing innovation with operational reliability.
  • Safeguard adherence to IT governance, regulatory requirements, and product safety standards.
  • Approve solution roadmaps, project plans, and major platform changes with risk awareness.
  • Act as a key stakeholder manager across Diagnostics and [xxxxx] Group, driving alignment and knowledge sharing.
  • Conduct vendor reviews, ensure cost transparency and delivery quality, and manage budgets within agreed frameworks.
  • Define team structure, allocate resources effectively, and support professional development and performance management.

Approximately 15-20 travel days per year is expected.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will ensure system reliability, data integrity, and customer impact across platforms. Continuous improvement is a core focus, emphasizing enhancements in user experience, operational efficiency, and compliance. You will play an active role in prioritizing initiatives, balancing strategic ambitions with operational constraints, and ensuring execution within agreed budgets and timelines.

You will work closely with business stakeholders across the Diagnostics business area and [xxxxx] Group, ensuring transparency, alignment, and value-driven prioritization. As much of your team is located abroad, the role includes collaboration across time zones and occasional travel.

What You Bring

You bring good leadership experience from IT or digital solution environments, preferably within global organizations. You have proven practical experience with Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or similar) and a good understanding of enterprise application landscapes and integrations.Furthermore, you have experience managing distributed or global teams and are comfortable operating in a structured governance environment with budget responsibility. Finally, experience from healthcare or other regulated industries is considered an advantage, as is knowledge of backup solutions and enterprise integrations.

You think strategically while maintaining operational discipline. You are structured and governance-oriented, with analytical skills and a risk-aware approach to decision-making. As a leader, you create trust and engagement, communicate clearly, and bring people together across cultures and functions.

Finally, you are comfortable leading change while ensuring stability in business-critical systems and customer-facing platforms.
